Thank you for shopping with Mous3pie! We want you to love what you ordered, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to comply with our policies outlined below.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We offer full refunds for cancellations only before an item has entered production. Once the production process begins, we are unable to accommodate cancellations.
Processing Times
Each of our products is handmade and made-to-order with care. As a result, please note that all items have a 1-2 week processing time before they are shipped out. The exact processing time for each product is listed in its description on our website. This ensures we can provide you with the highest quality custom pieces. Please factor in this processing time when making your purchase, and rest assured that we’re working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
Final Sale Items
Due to the custom nature of our handmade products, all purchases are final sale with the following exceptions:

Exchanges or Replacements are allowed for the following reasons:

Size or color discrepancies

Faulty or damaged items

Missing merchandise

Claims for discrepancies must be submitted within 3 days of delivery via email to contact@mous3pie.com, including the following:

Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day exchange policy. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange for eligible items. To qualify for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unworn and unused

In the same condition as when received (including original tags and packaging)

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at contact@mous3pie.com. Once your exchange is approved, we will send you a shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to return the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Worn, altered, or washed items missing their original packaging and tags

Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits

Orders placed with a payment plan
Damages & Issues
We strive to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the wrong item was sent, please contact us immediately. You may be required to provide photos of the damaged item or packaging to help us resolve the issue.
Delayed or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered. To help ensure safe delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee delivery times. In some cases, unforeseen circumstances or delays with our carriers (USPS or UPS) may impact delivery. For more information, please refer to the terms and conditions of USPS and UPS regarding delivery delays. Express packages may be eligible for reimbursement in accordance with carrier policies.
